Dave Billingsley, founder of SAFE Firearms Training, is a Certified NRA Pistol Instructor and Range Safety Officer.  Retired  from the Arizona Game & Fish Department and currently an Arizona State Parks Ranger, he enjoys instructing clients from basic to advanced handgun fundamentals and accuracy.  He believes that the proper mindset and competency with a pistol are paramount in both competition and safely defending ourselves against an attack.  Dave strives to teach private lessons, AZ CCW & defensive handgun classes that develop the best results possible for each individual student.
